Privacy notice
Information processed
VOCAL processes your public wallet address or authenticated account identifier, authentication challenges and session hashes, record submissions, reviewed vocal transcripts, uploaded artwork, microphone or imported audio, DJ song prompts and generated songs, public display profiles, comments and interaction events, source URLs, content-review outcomes, token links and content reports. Server and hosting providers may process technical request data needed to operate and protect the service.
Public and private information
Approved record names, tickers, descriptions, source links, artwork, audio, confirmed vocal transcripts and token links are public. Wallet-session identifiers and provider credentials are not included in public record responses. Blockchain transactions and addresses are public independently of VOCAL.
Service providers
Hosting and request delivery use Vercel; record storage uses Neon; Solana queries use Helius; optional identity tokens use Privy; moderation sends submitted text, artwork and audio through OpenRouter to its selected model provider; DJ music generation sends your song direction and record description through OpenRouter to Lyria 3. Microphone access occurs only after you activate recording and grant browser permission. Audio is saved when you request transcription or submit the record. Transcription sends the recording through OpenRouter to a speech-capable model. It stays private until an approved record is published. Public profiles and interaction history are visible to other visitors. Opening X video references or embedded DexScreener charts contacts those independent services. pump.fun and DexScreener provide token and market information. Source imports contact SoundButtonsLab. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms.
Why data is used
To authenticate sessions, store and display records, generate artwork, play sounds, moderate submissions, verify token links, enforce rate limits and investigate reports. Do not submit personal or confidential information in public record content.
Cookies and retention
A secure HttpOnly cookie maintains sign-in for up to 12 hours. No advertising trackers are intentionally added. Public records remain available while the service retains them. Database logs, expired challenge entries and abuse-prevention entries may remain until routine maintenance. Reports may be retained to assess repeated misuse.
Requests and corrections
Use the content report form to request review of a record, correction or removal and specify your relationship to it. Signing in helps establish the requesting account; do not include identity documents, seed phrases or sensitive personal data. Removing a record cannot erase transactions already recorded on Solana or third-party copies.
