By accessing VOCAL or submitting a record, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the relevant services in your jurisdiction.

1. What VOCAL provides

VOCAL is an experimental sound discovery, record preparation and token-link verification interface. It is not an exchange, broker, adviser, custodian, investment product, copyright registry or royalty distributor. It does not create an additional smart contract. Token creation and trading occur through independent third-party services.

2. Your decisions and responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet, credentials, transactions, content, permissions, tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws. Check every destination and transaction before signing. Never provide private keys or seed phrases to VOCAL or another user.

3. Token risk

Tokens and memecoins are speculative and may have no utility or value. You can lose the full amount spent, including fees. Prices, liquidity, metadata and availability can change without notice. Transactions may be irreversible. No performance, return, listing, liquidity or financial outcome is promised.

4. Meaning of verification

A verified badge records that specified technical checks passed at the displayed time, including the connection between a pump.fun website field and a VOCAL sound URL. It is not an endorsement, identity check, investment recommendation, safety audit, copyright clearance or guarantee that metadata will remain unchanged.

5. Content rights

You must own or have all rights and permissions needed to import, copy, display and use your sound and associated content. Public availability is not permission. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary for VOCAL to store, process, moderate, display and play content you submit. A record or token does not transfer underlying copyright or create a right to royalties.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit sexual content, hate or extremist material, slurs, harassment, graphic violence, personal data, impersonation, scams or unlawful or infringing material. Do not bypass review, spoof metadata, misuse credentials, scrape private data or disrupt the service. VOCAL may restrict, hide or remove content and access for violations, legal obligations or security reasons.

7. Third-party services

pump.fun, wallets, RPC providers, audio hosts, model providers and blockchain networks are independent. Their own terms and fees apply. VOCAL does not control their content, uptime, security, fees, transactions or decisions and does not guarantee their performance.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and all information, artwork and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. Automated moderation and generated content can be wrong.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VOCAL and its operators, contributors and service providers exclude liability arising from access to, reliance on or use of the service, including token losses, transaction failures, wallet compromise, third-party conduct, content disputes, data loss, loss of profits or opportunity, and indirect or consequential loss. You use the service and third-party integrations at your own risk.

10. Rights that cannot be excluded

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any exclusion operates only to the extent lawful.

11. Availability and changes

Features may change or be discontinued. Rate limits, source availability and moderation may prevent creation or verification. Keep your own copies of any content you need. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

12. Reports and disputes

Use the content reporting form for inappropriate material, rights concerns or inaccurate record information. Identify the record and explain your concern without submitting sensitive information. Applicable law determines any rights or remedies that these terms cannot change.
